Every color in the world seems to flash before Willow as Kennedy grasps her hand and pulls her gently closer. She's looking all around them, too busy noticing everything else to notice the look on her girlfriend's face. She never really thought she'd come here, especially not at Carnival time. She's a simple daughter of two close-minded doctors from a small town in the USA; yet, here she is in Rio de Janeiro!
She's been to London too, Willow reminds herself, trying to calm her rapidly pounding heart, and many other places. She's been halfway around the world and then some. She's the most powerful Witch of her generation, perhaps of all generations currently living. She almost ended the world. Why shouldn't she partake in the greatest party known to humankind?
Kennedy's tug on her hand becomes insistent. Willow finally looks to her younger lover; their eyes lock. She smiles, staring into Kennedy's sweet, dark eyes and remembering that the greatest thing she's ever done, and will ever do, is love and be loved. She kisses her girlfriend, and suddenly, all the colors in the world are right behind Willow's eyelids. Oh, yeah, she's definitely right where she should be!
