"Where is he?" Bobby asks urgently the second he steps into the mansion after yet another long week spent undercover as Senator Kelly's aide.
"Where else? In his damn lab," Wolverine mutters, throwing another swallow of beer down his throat. "Can't get him outta there. Can't pick a fight wit' 'im either."
Jubilee eyes Wolverine. "He's right. We've tried everything. He won't even touch the Twinkies I gave him."
"An' he refused t' come with us to an all-you-can-eat buffet."
"I don' t'ink he's touched anythin' but coffee all week, mon ami."
"We can't reach him, Bobby. Maybe you can."
Hank's hanging upside down, mixing beakers and frowning at his computers' results, when Bobby marches into his lab. Bobby ducks below him, turns, swipes the beakers, and as Hank starts to protest, quickly covers his mouth with his. He kisses him hard, his tongue diving deep into his mouth. He feels Hank pushing against him and doubles his efforts, kissing him until his own lungs ache, Hank's glasses fall from his face, and at last he starts to purr. Gazing into his eyes, Bobby knows the Legacy may not be cured, but at least Hank's peace of mind has returned.
